This Scope of Work covers the complete Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Pre- commissioning, Commissioning, Guarantee run and Handing over of the Pipelines, Launcher Receiver and BVs stations and all associated facilities. Installation of new 32” loop line (32.2 Km approx.) from existing Pig Receiver area at BVS-09 to BVS- 10.The new 32” Loop line shall be connected to existing 32” loop line at BVS-09 location. Existing Pig receiver (A-10203) and associated piping & instrumentation at BVS-09 location shall be demolished. Only the pig receiver at BVS-09 (A-10203) shall be re-used at the existing BVS- 10 location. Installation of new 32” loop line from BVS-17 to Raysut termination point (175.6 Km approx.) on the existing 24” South Grid Gas Pipeline to Salalah including launcher and Receiver traps. A new 20” gas supply line connection shall be provided from Rabab header to the new 32” loop line at downstream of BVS-18A A new 20” gas supply line connection shall be provided from the new 32” loop line at BVS-22B upstream to Mirbat pipeline inlet at the Receiver A-10401 upstream bypass line with a 20” future connection Installation of new 6 numbers of Block valve stations (BVS) on the new 32’’ loop line between BVS-17 to Raysut termination point. New 32" Loop line-2 shall be connected to existing 24" pipelines at Raysut termination point, the Tie in shall be as follows: -Tie-in by hot tapping on the existing 24” Rich gas line to SLPG. -Tie-in by hot tapping on the existing 24” Lean gas line from SLPG to SGSS.
